Neil Bryant currently serves as the Governmental Advisor to the Chancellor's Office and the State Board of Higher Education. Neil is also serving on the board of the High Desert Museum and the Oregon Corrections Enterprises. He was a founder and remains a member of the Greater Bend Rotary Club
Robert Lovlien continues to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Central Oregon Community College Foundation. In 2009 Bob was named a "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine, a distinction that recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.  Less than five percent of Oregon lawyers receive this distinction.
Lynn Jarvis retired on December 31, 2007. For more than 29 years, Lynn represented Central Oregonians with great skill and professionalism. She was also a great business partner and a close friend. Lynn will be greatly missed and we wish her the best in her retirement.
John Berge has recently become a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.  John also currently chairs the Litigation Section of the Oregon State Bar and continues to act as a trial panel member of the Oregon State Bar Disciplinary Board.
Sharon Smith is a land use hearings for the City of Bend, a board member of the
J Bar J Properties Board, serves on the board of the Building a Better Bend Lecture Series and is a pro-tem municipal judge for the City of Bend. Sharon is the past chair of the Deschutes Children's Foundation.
John Sorlie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Economic Development for Central Oregon, an organization that provides support and information to attract business to Central Oregon. He is a member of the Mt. Bachelor Rotary Club and organizes the club's annual fundraiser, the Dual in the Desert Duathlon. He is also former Chairman and current member of the board of advisors to the Cascade Cycling Classic, a multi-stage bicycle race in July.
Mark Reinecke currently serves on the Board of the Mt. Bachelor Rotary Club after recently completing a term as its President. The Club was recently awarded a Presidential Citation from Rotary International acknowledging a wide variety of club contributions to improving the lives of others locally and internationally. This spring, Mark will once again coach youth lacrosse through the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District
Melissa Lande is teaching a class on Estate Planning at Central Oregon Community College. Melissa wrote an article on Estate Planning and Dissolution which has been published in the Oregon State Bar Estate Planning Section Newsletter.
Kitri Ford is a founding board member and currently an Advisory Board member of MountainStar Family Relief Nursery, a Central Oregon nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive services to distressed families with young children with the goal of preventing child abuse and neglect. Kitri is also an active member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and has been a speaker at the organization's annual conventions. Recently, Kitri was appointed to the joint pro-tem screening committee for the 11th and 22nd Judicial Districts of the Oregon Circuit Court (Deschutes, Crook & Jefferson Counties).
Paul Taylor serves on the executive committee of the Business Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. Also, Paul is on the boards of both the Kemple Memorial Children's Dental Clinic and the Bend Metro Park and Recreation Foundation.
Kyle Wuepper has been elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of The Nature of Words, Central Oregon's premier literary event. In 2009 Kyle was named a "Rising Star" by Law & Politics magazine, a distinction that recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement for up-and coming attorneys who are 40 years or younger or who have been practicing law for ten or fewer years. Only the top 2.5 percent of Oregon lawyers receive this distinction.  Kyle is also a graduate of the Leadership Bend Class of 2008.
Jeremy Green Has recently become a shareholder with Bryant Lovlien & Jarvis. Jeremy was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Bend Area Habitat for Humanity.
Melinda Thomas serves as a founding board member, secretary and chair of board development for the Hayden Giving Fund, a non-profit organization that serves affordable housing needs in the Northwest by building and granting homes to low-income families on zero interest, 30-year fixed loans. The Hayden Giving Fund also provides monetary grants to assist people in financial need and to other community organizations.  Melinda also serves on the board of directors for Compass Church in Bend, Oregon.
