    John D. Sorlie

    John Sorlie has been a member of the Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis law practice since 1995. His practice focuses on business and tax issues, estate planning and real estate transactions.

    John is a member of the business, taxation and estate planning sections of the Oregon State Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney with Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey in Chicago, Illinois. John also has worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

    John is a graduate of Carleton College in Minnesota where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology. He received his law degree from Lewis and Clark, Northwestern School of Law in Portland, and also attended Northwestern University’s School of Law in Chicago.

    Outside the office, John enjoys biking, skiing and travel. John and his wife, Nancy, have three children.
