Mark Reinecke joined the firm in 1996 after practicing law in Bend since
1991. Mark is a litigation attorney representing clients involved in business
disputes and collection matters, real property disputes including
easements and adverse possession, estate issues including probate and
trust disputes, guardianships and conservatorships, and a wide variety
of water issues including ground water and acquifer recharge permitting,
adjudications, legislative issues and general counsel for irrigation
districts. Mark has represented clients in more than half of Oregon's 36
counties and before the Oregon Court of Appeals. He is licensed to
practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon.
Mark graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio,
in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
He earned his law degree in 1991 at Washington & Lee University
in Virginia. Between college and law school, Mark was employed
as a Marketing Manager with Hilti Fastening Systems in Stamford,
Connecticut.
Mark and his wife, Melissa, have two children, a son, Griffin
and a daughter, Lila.
