A senior partner,
Lynn has worked in the areas of general law and litigation at
Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis for 24 years and now specializes
in family law and in representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
A graduate of Oregon State University, she was awarded her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho, passing the Idaho Bar and then moving to Oregon, where she became a member of the Oregon State Bar. She is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, as well as of the Central Oregon Bar Association and the Central Oregon Matrimonial Attorneys Association.
Lynn is the past chair of the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section and is a member of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the OSB, being a past member of that section's executive committee as well. She is a member and past chairman of the Deschutes Children's Foundation Board, serves on the Kemple Children's Dental Clinic Board. Lynn is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Deschutes United Way and of the Board of the Bend Rotary Club.
Lynn and her husband, Jim, have four children.
